1️⃣ Pan Salmon Dinner 🍽 Done in 35 minutes!
Most people tell me that the hardest part of eating foods that make them feel good is time. ⏰ I get this and honestly, it's fair! Many recipes that are shared online take FOREVER and have ingredients you likely NEVER have in your house. This dinner is SO EASY + takes less than 10 mins to prep at 25 minutes to cook!!
All you need:
1 pound salmon filet
1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
1 large sweet potato 🍠 peeled + cut into bite size pieces
2 tsp avocado 🥑 oil
Salt 🧂
Pepper
Garlic Powder 🧄
Fresh or Dried Thyme (I used fresh lemon thyme from my garden) 🌿
1️⃣ Lay a piece of parchment on a baking sheet
2️⃣ Add salmon, potatoes + Brussels
3️⃣ Drizzle veggies with avocado oil
4️⃣ Sprinkle all 3 with spices to your tasting
5️⃣ Bake at 350ºF for 25 minutes or until Brussels + potatoes are tested with a fork 🍴
6️⃣ ENJOY!
This recipe serves 4 so either half it or have some leftovers if you aren’t feeding 4️⃣ mouths!
