About Samm
Ever since I was a kid, I struggled with health and wellness. I don't have many memories where I wasn't sick. Yet the various doctors I saw had few answers and many told me my experiences were normal.
The summer before college, I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease. During my first year of college, after many more visits to the doctors and false-negative tests, I was finally diagnosed with Celiac Disease.
Years into a gluten free diet, I was still struggling. I eventually discovered Whole 30 and did an elimination diet to discover which foods best serve my body.
At 31, after 20 years of intense pain and unexplained digestive issues and infertility, I was diagnosed with Endometriosis.
My journey isn't over, yet I am living my best life while continuing to grow and learn. I became a health coach because I believe everyone should be able to reach their optimal health in a much shorter time than I have. Our lives should be spent living!
