🧀 3 Ingredients: Vegan Parmesan Cheese 🧀

Over the years, my family + I have tried MANY vegan cheese products. From Daiya to Follow Your Heart + everything in between, we’ve tested it with our own tastebuds. Although some are awesome, some have left us dramatically disappointed.


THIS though 🙌 After I made this, we tasted it I immediately knew this was a home run AND Jeff 💯agrees!!


Give it a try + let me know if this is a game changer for your dairy free life! The photo above is showing it being enjoyed with rice noodles, pesto + spinach! 😋


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts

  • 4 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 1 /4 tsp salt

Recipe:

  • Add all the ingredients to food processor + blend until you have a fine meal. Decide for yourself how fine you want it. I like it when it had a little crunch!

  • Keep in an airtight glass jar in the fridge. It lasts for weeks! We add it to pasta, zoodles, risotto or anywhere you think it will be delicious!
