Do you have a recipe, a meal or snack that evokes emotions in you? 🥰 This simple bruschetta does this for me. Every time I make it, I remember:
⠀
🥖 Creating this at my parents home to share with a gaggle of loved ones
🌿 Introducing this to my husband and watching him devour it with delight
🧄 Making it every time we travel or entertain
🍅 The first time, I ate a tomato off my grandma’s plants that lined her driveway and how I never thought a vegetable could taste that good.
⠀
Now, this recipe may taste different to you that it does for me, but after enjoying yet another serving during #COVID, I wanted to share this love with all of you!
⠀
You’ll need:
1 tomato, vine ripened and local is ideal
1 clove garlic
6-10 fresh basil leaves
Drizzle of avocado or olive oil
s + p to taste
1 Against the Grain Gourmet baguette
⠀Recipe:
Grab a cutting board and chop up the basil until it is fine.
Next, dice the garlic and then the tomato.
