๐Ÿง‚ Salt + Vinegar Sunflower Seeds! ๐ŸŒป

Letโ€™s take ourselves to the weekend with this delicious + nutritious snack!

๐Ÿงบ I love to bring these babies on road trips, hikes, picnics + anywhere I need simple sustenance. ๐Ÿ˜‹

Not only is this a delicious snack, sunflower seeds are incredibly supportive of your whole body wellness! They have anti-inflammatory benefits, support your immune system, improve your heart health and can even boost your energy! I personally love that sunflower seeds are high in protein and rich in healthy fats! What more could you ask for in a healthy snack?

Now on to the recipe ๐Ÿ‘‡


  • 1 cup raw sunflower seeds

  • 1/4 cup white vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • Soak seeds in vinegar for 1 hour, mixing occasionally

  • Strain seeds

  • Toss seeds in salt

  • Spread in a thin layer on a lined tray + bake at 350ยบF for 20-25 minutes.

  • Let cool completely + store in airtight container

  • Enjoy!
